This is a very comfortable and pleasant hotel. The desk staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was very comfortable. It was a good size and had good facilities. The bathroom was excellent - large and pleasant to use. The beds were among the most comfortable we've experienced in hotels - we often find hotel beds too hard in France and Germany. The swimming pool and fitness centre was fine and the staff there were pleasant too. We were happy with the location. You have to cross a busy road, but only ten minutes walk to key museums and churches in the old centre. I also liked the area behind the hotel near the zoo and a large park. We will use this hotel again when we visit Leipzig.

I keep returning to this hotel for its amazing service and convenient location. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped with directions. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar/restaurant, shuttle service, fitness studio. Perfect for my city breaks.

I chose this hotel for attending a business symposium as it provides excellent meeting facilities and services. The 24-hour front desk and concierge were very helpful, and the restaurant and bar provided convenient options for meals and networking. The conference rooms and business center were well-equipped, allowing for smooth and efficient work during my stay.
The only service that I missed for my work was a more reliable and faster internet connection. While the hotel offered Wi-Fi, it was a bit slow and intermittent at times, which made it challenging to complete important tasks online.

I loved dining at the elegant Villers restaurant with its soothing decor and regional twist on fish and game dishes. The hotel's services were impressive, including 24-hour room service and a beautiful spa.
Oh, and who needs free wifi in the rooms nowadays? Definitely not me!

The manager of the wine bar was exceptionally good, friendly and professional.
Besides the fact that we were upgraded we appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and the old world charm. The menu of "Villers" looked terrific, however the restaurant was booked that evening

Title: Delightful experience
Bedtime was incomplete without the charming sound of rusty bathroom facilities.

Just about everything. A truly excellent hotel with conscientious and friendly staff, a quiet and attractively sized room. Well placed for getting around the city.
The breakfast was expensive and the restaurant pitched at business accounts. But the proximity to the fine restaurants in the City Centre made that no problem.

my second stay in leipzig was exceptional, and furstenhof was the perfect choice - beautiful historic building, fantastic location, and modern comforts. the staff were so helpful and made my late arrival and early departure a breeze. a truly outstanding city hotel.
faulty internet.

The internet connecting system is abominable in terms of its ease of use. As an international businessman it spoiled my stay. What is needed is a method to sign up on arrival without any interruptions throughout the stay, several times per day sometimes. It is not a matter of money, it is a matter of service. This is anathema to the reputation and price level of the hotel. Over four days it was too much "erger", as you say in German.

The hotel's elegant and soothingly decorated space offers a typically upmarket menu that's big on fish and game dishes. During my stay, I had the most delicious fish dish that melted in my mouth, it was like a symphony of flavors that transported me to culinary heaven.
The absence of a seat in the bedroom was a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to have a cozy spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

The hotel is very luxurious and clean. We have heard of the good reputation of this hotel before, but the hotel is more wonderful than we expected. This hotel made our trip a memorable one. All the staffs are very friendly and polite. The food at the restaurant in this hotel is very good too.
